By accessing or using HandballFX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in HandballFX fantasy contests, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports participation is legal
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain only one account per person
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Contest Rules

When participating in fantasy sports contests:

• Lineups must be submitted before contest lock time
• All lineup changes must comply with salary cap and roster requirements
• Points are awarded based on real-world player performance as detailed in our Point System
• Contest results are final once officially graded
• We reserve the right to void contests due to technical errors or unforeseen circumstances
• Leaderboard rankings determine contest outcomes and standings

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or software to create lineups or enter contests
• Collude with other users to gain unfair advantages
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent contest entry limits
• Share insider information or use automated data feeds
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Scoring and Statistics

All scoring is based on official statistics from designated data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but are not responsible for statistical errors from third-party sources. Scoring corrections may be made within 72 hours of contest completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on HandballFX are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. User-generated content (usernames, avatars) remains your property but grants us a license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

HandballFX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for technical issues, data loss, or interruptions in service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits. Disputes must be filed within one year of the incident.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to contests and platform features will cease.

11. Privacy

Your use of HandballFX is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
